Educated in Human Resources & Occupational Health & Safety her accomplishments include scaling a construction business from annual revenues of $15k to over $9M and the strategies that were put in place to achieve those goals. Spearheading talent acquisition/human capital initiatives to corporate compliance programs, she is uniquely positioned within the market to ensure your corporations growth and management goals are met.

Other accolades includes External Safety Auditor status within Energy Safety Canada under the PIR COR program - auditing Employer Safety Programs on behalf of ESC.

Chelta is also an accomplished entrepreneur with vast operational experience in the Consumer Goods and Manufacturing sectors. She enjoys helping small businesses develop in all areas.
